What are the enrollment requirements?

Is There A Reservation Fee?
No reservation fee is required. Instead, you can confirm enrollment by paying:
- Php 7,000 — Kamias, ODL, Foreigners, Caloocan, Cebu
- Php 5,000 — Butuan, CDO, Davao

LEARNING MODALITIES
What learning modalities do you offer?
- Face-to-Face (F2F) — In-person classes from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays dedicated to Asynchronous Learning to strengthen independent Study and Discipline
- Online Distance Learning (ODL) — Live, classroom-like interactive sessions from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays dedicated to Asynchronous Learning for Independent Study and Discipline
- Homeschooling – A flexible home-based program where parents teach using the school-provided curriculum, materials, and complete institutional support
- Blended Learning – A balanced setup with two days of Face-to-Face classes, two days of Online Distance Learning, and one day of Asynchronous Independent Learning

ACADEMIC INFORMATION
What curriculum do you follow?
Starland International School is based on the Philippine Educational System (PES) and follows the prescribed DepEd Enhanced K to 12 Curriculum. Aside from the Basic Education Curriculum, it also includes extra and co-curricular activities in English, Math and Science.
What are the Senior High School strands offered?
- GAS — General Academic Strand
- STEM — Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
- HUMSS — Humanities and Social Sciences
- ABM — Accountancy, Business, and Management
- Tech-Voc (ICT) — Information and Communication Technology
ASSESSMENT TEST
Is an assessment test required?
- Required for Preschool to Grade 10 (Free)
- Not required for Grades 11-12
Assessment is for student profiling only, not admission basis.
Assessment is conducted online via Google Meet and the schedule is based on what you input
on the Enrollment Application Form.

Do you offer school service?
School service is available at Kamias Main and in our branches in Cagayan de Oro (CDO), Cebu, and Davao.
The rate for our school service will depend on the distance from your residence to the school. Once you have completed the School Service Form, our Motorpool Head will contact you to schedule a confirmed date and time for an ocular visit to your home address to assess the appropriate service rate.
If you wish to enlist your child for school service, you may inform the Branch Head for assistance.
Are uniforms required?
- F2F and Blended Learning: Yes, Starland Uniform
- ODL: White poloshirt/blouse or Starland Uniform(optional)
Do you accept ESC & SHS Vouchers?
Yes:
- ESC Voucher — Grades 7-10 (Kamias & Butuan only)
- SHS Voucher — Grades 11-12 (All Campuses) (DepEd-approved)
Do you offer programs for learners with special needs?
Currently, we do not have a curriculum or program for learners with special needs. However, we accept learners with special needs for mainstream classes with the recommendation of the child’s doctor or Occupational Therapist.
When does SY 2026-2027 start?
The School Year 2026–2027 will officially open on July 22, 2026 (Wednesday). We will begin with Learners’ Orientation and Opening Activities, which include the administration of Diagnostic Tests. These initial activities are essential in preparing our learners for the lesson proper.

Admission Requirements
- Original Copy of the previous academic year’s Report Card (Form 138)
- Photocopy of NSO-certified Birth Certificate (bring original copy for authentication)
- Health Certificate from a Registered Physician (if the child has special condition or needs special attention)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Recommendation from the Guidance Counselor or Principal of the child’s last school attended (applicable for High School learner)
- Three(3) pcs 1″x1″ photo (2 pcs for the Fetcher’s Card/Student’s Gate Pass;1 for Registration Card)
- One(1) pc. 2″x2″ photo (for the Application for Admission/Student’s Update Form)
- Three(3) pcs 1″x1″ photo of each Fetcher (Fetchers’ Card specifies 3 Fetchers)
- Optional – Two(2) pcs 1″x1″ photo of parent for the Parent’s I.D. card
Application Procedure
- Submit the requirements to the Administration Office.
- Arrange for an assessment schedule for your child.
- Request for Admission Slip for the entrance assessment.
- Get the assessment result afterward.
Registration Procedure
- Settle required payment of school fees before the deadline.
- Secure an updated Information Sheet for the current school year.
- Request assistance to fit and purchase school uniforms.
- Fill out Request Form for Form 137 (Transferees/ New students only) available at the Registrar’s Office.
- Photocopy of the passport pages showing Picture, Date of Birth, Passport Number, Date of Issuance & Expiration
- Photocopy of VISA showing length of stay in the Philippines
- Processing fee for the Bureau of Immigration – Special Study Permit (SSP) ₱8,000
- Affidavit of Guardianship (applicable to students who are staying with appointed guardian)
- Guardian’s photo, Passport ACR/ICR, Contact Details and Affidavit confirming guardianship
- Three (3) copies of recent passport-sized colored photo
- Accomplished Student’s Information Sheet from the SIS Admission’s Office
- Assessment Evaluation administered by Starland International SChool, Inc.
- Application for Admission Form (new enrollees) or Update Form (old students)
- Progress Report Card (Form 138); Translated and Authenticated Transcript of Records (Form 137) of last academic year (must be original)
- Health Certificate
